How many of these services can I use without a prepaid plan

I plan buying an unlocked cell which I can use in Europe and North and South America without buying a Plan or entering a Contract
I’ve googled but not come up with a great choice. I don’t know how much of my wishlist is practical but would be grateful if someone could advise me.
I’d like the phone to have
Wifi
Bluetooth
Gps self-contained so I don’t need to use data minutes
Be able to use the phone with VOIP and Skype/MSN Messenger.
Have qwerty
Contacts/calendar which synch with Outlook
Have an SDisk slot for at least 8G preferably more.
Any other bells or whistles advisable. I really don’t know much about phones.

Your topic and the body of your post kinda confused me.
I believe you are looking for a GSM phone that you could purchase that would support the different functions you have listed correct?
If so, the phone I would recommend for you is the Nokia E71. I have played w/ this phone and absolutely love it. It has all of the items you requested w/ the exception of the GPS.
