My cousin is on a project for 6 months in the US. He has come with his unlocked phone. Where can I buy him a sim card without signing up for a long term contract?
I visited AT&T office and Verizon. Could not get any help.

I would go for a pre-paid sim card. There's not a carrier that will agree to a 6 month agreement. So, a prepaid option is probably going to be your best option.

Who sells the prepaid sim card? AT&T nor Verizon had one when I visited their store the last time.

You're probably gonna find them easiest at a big box retailer like Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, Circut City or Radio Shack.
