Hello, Guys, New Member. I Have A Question About My Motorola Razr V8 I Got It From A Local T-mobile Dealer. And I Was Wondering That Eversince I Did An Update On My Phone Through Motorola Software Update It's Features And Apps Are From China And I Was Wondering If There Was A Way To Put It Back To It's Old Factory Setting, The Way It Was Before I Did The Update.

Call T Mobile, they will reset it.

sounds like she changed the firmware. if this is the case then t-mobile can not reset it over the phone.
is there a specific reason you want to change it back?

Yes, Because It's Really Starting To Annoy Meh That I Can't Put Themes On My Phone. Also, All The Themes I Put On It Is Gone And I Have The "Default Themes" From China. And I Thought It'll Make My Phone More Better Than It Already Are. But I Was Wrong Just It Made It Confusing.

there is really nothing you can do except find some place that has the us firmware. T-mobile doesn't do firmware updates anymore so your warranty with them is void and they won't be able to help.
