The Touch Pro is SOLD OUT across sprint stores in america. they are also sold out via the web and telesales, all despite the hefty 600 Price Tag, (299 After Rebates And 2Yr Contract, I Believe.) TeleSales Told Me they may be sold out all the way until january, or more. take that iphone.

It's still available at Best Buy.com and in some Best Buy stores. It is back ordered online with an estimated arrival date of 11/24-12/9, depending on which kind of shipping you get.
It's also available via ebay but that doesn't help those of us getting a discount.

I just got it a couple of days ago. I kept calling to see if any had arrived at the store for 2 1/2 weeks straight. When I went there they were so disappointed I wasn't there to buy it but to exchange it for a diamond. They did tell me that they get a couple from time to time, so my advice is to get the store number and call constantly to check if ups dropped a gift for ya. After one month of arguing with all the departments in CS i finally got the diamond then exchanged it for the TP and got a killer discount xD

On Dec 1st I wanted to upgrade my phone and my daughter's online, but it was sold out. They said the only option was to find a store that had them and they couldn't give me a date when they'd be available to order. I called a local Sprint store and they were out, but looked online and found another store about 25 miles away that had a couple, so I was able to drive and get them that way. There are still some available, but you may have to work to get them.
