I'd go with the centro. my mom has the pearl and it sucks. big time. the centro on the other hand is a solid phone in my opinion.

I agree that the Pearl sucks, but I was wondering about the Curve. I have the Curve and love it. She likes it a lot too, but also likes what she has seen of the Centro. She is just looking for reasons that she should pick one over the other (specific features, pluses/minuses)

The curve is a waaay better phone than the Centro.(Also the pearl).
I was a pro palm person and never even wanted to look @ a blackberry until i had to go to a class for sprint blackberry training. I started using it and fell in love with it from the start.
Since i am a service tech as well , i can honestly tell you i see more palms than blackberries come back. Go Curves!
