My boyfriend is going to Germany for the Army in December and he has Sprint. I have T-Mobile. He's so hardheaded and I've been trying to tell him he has to go up there and change it to international or he wont be able to call out or receive messages when he leaves. Am I right?
If he were to leave and just take his phone like it is, if I text his regular Texas cell number, he won't receive my texts will he? Or will I have to a put the code in front of it? Or do I only have to put a code if he changes it to an international line, or will changing it to international change his number completely? Can someone please explain all this to me because he's being hardheaded about it and I'd like to show this to him?
No he will have to switch to a gsm international phone. the other side of the world doesn't use cdma like sprint. they use crap low quality gsm but hey, That's all europe can afford. but yeah he needs international phone as sprint phone will not work overseas
