I have a problem with my Motorola Razr V3 it won't stay on (when I try turning it on the keypad turns blue for 1 second then turns off) and when it's on boot loader it says "Ok to Program Connect USB Data Cable" This is exactly what it says:

OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

I've connected a usb cable but nothing happens can my phone be fixed?Sorry if this has been posted before this is my first time on this website.
