I purchased my Voyager in early January last year. According to their website, it says as long as you are a My Verizon customer, that I'm eligible for an annual upgrade at the promotional price. When I log into my Verizon, it says I'm not eligible until 09/2009. I called Verizon and they opened a case to look into it. I don't understand why I'm not eligible yet. If I've honored a contract for a year, I should get my annual upgrade. Anyone know anything about this?

Yeah, my plan is 69.99/mo and I'm willing to extend to another 2 year agreement.

wait until jan and it will probably change to show you are eligible. I usually doesn't show the annual upgrade until after the year is done
