I Have no info on this phone, but i do know the touch pro has a great qwerty keypad and is a great phone.

that phone costs like 5 million dollars. i would never buy something so unnecessary and ridiculously over-priced.
I want a phone for calling, texting, camera/video, a micro SD card/slot to put music on, and since im a big texter, i want to try out a qwerty keyboard.
I dont want a computer in my hand.
my decision is between the rant and the lotus.

I also heard the same complaints that you have - but I have also heard that it was mostly from those who recieved a first bad batch. While that sucks, I went down to the Sprint store and road tested the Rant, and I liked the way it handled. I ordered one, and have now had it for about two weeks, with absolutely no problems.
At first, I was not able to download third party ringtones, but an update to the firmware corrected that completely. I have had zero freezing issues, whatsoever.

Also - I use my phone quite a bit. I text, check my email, IM, call a lot, play games, and use the navigation. We got the data pack, so I have been using every feature that I can get my hands on, and I have had no issues with anything. The NFL Mobile Live and the Live tv does get a little glitchy, but what can you expect from live tv over a phone? It is actually pretty decent, and I have watched a few tv shows and football games this way.
