When you call Att wireless or anyone for that matter can they tell what the make and model of your phone is? Can they tell the IMEI number from the phone that you are calling with?

"Warm" phone? What's that, like a "hot" item, as in possibly stolen?
When you call customer service, aslong as you have been using that phone for more than 24 hours, we see the imei, the phone make and model, and the expiration of the warranty, so the answer to your question is "yes" we see all

if your in cst care for att u should call the warranty dept to get the correct warranty date and we dont change make and models because they want a diffrent phone! sorry
