I was a T-mobile customer for at least 3 years. I was having alot of issues with my bills. they kept getting higher and higher. I went to a T-moble home store thinking that they could help me resolve some issues regarding my account. I spent 3 hours in the store. Come to find out that they were changing my contract without my consent or even my knowledge. Frustrated I still remained calm and civil with all 6 " supervisors" I had spoke to on the phone. The last rep was extremly rude and would not transfer me to someone who would not cut me off in mid sentence. I cancelled both of my lines this month. They all told me that my account was still active and was being charged usage. I thought to myself " how I went into the store? I spoke with the manger at the store, I spoke to a rep on the phone for 3 hours, while I was there on the phone after the manger said that he did not have any power to do anything but open and close the store." I was promised a one of the de activtion fees off of the two phones I had two phone and each line was $200.00 to cancel. I just recived my statment with my balance and everything. Today I recived a statement in the mail from them from 2 diffrent numbers I have never seen before. Showing a different grand total than what I was told. So I called again. No nobody would give me the phone number to the corprate office. I did in fact find some numbers that someone posted on this website very helpful. I want everyone to know that they moved there corprate office:

Yes I agree heartily. These are ruthless criminals preying on the public while being cautious enough to cover their own behinds.
Does not surprise me, what with all the FRAUD thats been uncovered in industry what would they not do to steal money from the hands of unsuspecting customers.
Its like the are waiting behind a bush for a customer to make just one mistake and then they NAIL them completely.
This company should be run out of town. We cannot sue them for anything. Its too hard to 'prove' anything. Only thing public can do is to boycott these THUGS so completely, that they will be forced out of business or their change their tune entirely.
Yes T_Mobile is really horrible , cruel & merciless with no elementary decency to speak of.
It's the worst of mobile companies. These corporate bastards can hide behind that corporate screen and do anything. You can never contact anyone who is higher up in the organization. They hide themselves very well after screwing the customer. The stupid customer reps give you the same dumb answer every time you speak to them. Its like talking to a wall. Of course this opaqueness is deliberate, its like we've f.d you and lets see what the heck you can about it.
T-mobile should be shunned by everyone ans wiped out if thats the only option.

I agree Tmobile is a great company. IT does value their customers. But they are not a non profit organization people that run the service need to either pay for it or move on. Quit blaming everyone but the yourself heven forbid if we started taking accountability for ourselves

I've been a T-Mobile customer for a long time. Not until I switched to Verizon Wireless on 1/22/09 did I discovered the very huge difference.
T-Mobile is a great company but with a spotty coverage, you've got to admit that. They are fancy, but they are not just all over town like Verizon. They're not even 3G in northern San Diego. My roommate's Blackberry only has EDGE (a 2.5G) while my BB is already EV-DO (3G) and the data speed is at least 3x as fast on my Verizon Blackberry, compared to similar sites accessed by the T-Mo BB.
T-Mobile's coverage leaves something to be desired. Unless you live within a metropolis, chances are if you drive several miles outside you're zone you are dead. Luckily no deadzone for Verizon, gives you security when making a camping trip to the woods.
