Hello - I'm in need of recovering cell tower location records from an Alltel cell phone, from 2005-2006. Alltel does not have the records, they may have at one time, but no longer. They've advised that the 3rd party billing company, Convergys, may have those. Does anyone have any idea at all if I'm on the right track or what I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

altel knows where the towers are.but they dont want you to know. its proprietary information that the carrier does not HAVE to disclose.
