I've got a Motorola C168i pre-paid phone. The provider is AT&T and I'm on a pay-as-you-go plan. I'm currently in Australia at the moment for two months and wanted to use the Motorola cell here. When I put the Australian sim card in, it said it required a "network pin". When I turn the cell on the AT&T logo still shows up. I rang AT&T up and they said they can't give me the unlock network pin code. Is there a way around this? I mean I own the cell phone outright so I thought it wouldn't be a problem.

Not sure why we wouldn't provide you the unlock code due to you purchased the phone at no commitment pricing, I would be happy to assist you in unlocking your phone, please post your imei number and phone number and I'll be able to provide you your Network Pin aslong as what your posted is true
