It doesn't matter who you call regarding free nights & weekends. As for long-distance calls (within the USA), well, I'm fairly certain that there are no longer regional plans with AT&T. Double check your plan if you're in doubt, but if you've been with AT&T for under a couple years, you probably have a national plan. As long as thats the case, long-distance costs don't cost you any more than local calls.
If you're talking long-distance outside of the USA, then you'll pay international charges, according to the country costs.
