All the current sprint phones, i feel, are either ugly, lacking certain basic capabilities, freezing/ problematic, get bad reception, ETC
Sprint needs to bring in a new cell phone line up! There are so many complaints being ranted on about probably 50% of the handset line up, and thats ALOT, being that sprint has like no phones compared to other service providers.
Also, the phones are excessively pricey! you go to any other carrier and their retail and discount prices are alott lower than sprints. and i dont want to hear that sprint phones are better quality, because it is not true. alot of sprints phones have a cheap plastic like feel to them, representing how they operate!
Sprint also needs to stop charging data for sending pictures and voice sms without plans. if they want to out-do the other companies, they should follow through with their proposed plan to stop data charges for picture and voice sms sending, because i see myself still getting charged, even when that charge should have been eliminated the 1st of Jan.
i used to see sprint as a reallllyyy goood company with good everything. But as time goes on, i see more that i am able to complain about, rather than compliment, which is not a good thing.
if there is any flaw that i did not add here, feel free to point it out to me.

I actually like the current phones, they just need an exclusive highend dumbphone. The Highnote and Rant are mid, Lotus and Instinct are nice but they need more. Thier smartphone line is tops, now they should give the highend dumbphone some love and did anybody else notice that only 2 of the phones I mentioned get ad time?
