i need help finding the truth some ppl say yes some say no ! so i want to know because i have a voyager and i want to get a blackberry storm and i found a couple that are unlocked but i dont want to purchase unless i can activate it on my line. So if anybody knows please answer me thanx

I don't want to jack your thread, but I'd also like to know this. I'm looking at the Nokia e51 and would like to know if it will work.

Looks like the Nokia E51 is a GSM based phone, so no it won't work on VZW.
As to the OP, don't know what you mean by a locked or unlocked Verizon phone. This usually refers to GSM phones and SIM cards being locked to a particular network service.
Even if it's an unlocked GSM phone, it still won't work on VZW, as they're incompatible technologies (GSM vs. CDMA).
