I'm looking to upgrade and need an at&t phone with a good camera. The phone I have now takes O.K. pictures, but takes way to long to capture the image and the slightest movement blurs the picture. Any recommendations?

Some of our older camera phones have quite a delay from the time you push the button til the time that it actually snaps, however most of the manufactures have resolved this issue and shouldn't be a problem, I would recommend going into a store and playing with live versions of the phones before deciding which one would suit your needs, if your looking for a high end device with a high megapixel camera plan on spending some bucks to get this
