I need my cell phone fixed for metro pcs emaill access>>
...bought my motorola krzr originally as a verizon cell phone for verizon service and on 1-24-09 flashed it over to become a metro pcs customer to save money and get unlimited minutes. Lost email access and picture messaging access. metro wont/cant fix access because my krzr is a "verizon" cell phone and not a "metro pcs" cell phone. I am hearing that I can do it myself? buy a motorola tool? flash file? The phone is now active with metro pcs. Any techies got a good answer/solution let me know via email please..please...please:)
Can I simply take it to a 3rd party cell phone business and have them fix it?
