My wife is getting harrassing calls from a "restricted" number. Alwasy on sunday mornings about 4am. Always the same perv. The police took a report but wouldn't do anything unless he physically threatened her. Verizon won't do anything without a subpena. Is there anyone who can check our phone records and give us the number of this guy? Or at least point us in the right direction. Does the TRACE number work on the wireless side, like the landline side, and should I contact Verizon's Unlawful Call Center?

It's illegal to give that kind of information without a subpoena, or without authorities contacting the correct department to acquire that info. I would recommend (and I know this options sucks) to change the mobile number. There won't be a fee for doing so but it can be inconvenient. But is it more inconvenient than waking up every Sunday at 4AM because the calls are non-threatening?

Please call VZ and get this handled through the correct channels. For someone to give any info like that here is illegal, and would cost someone their job.
