if you are hired by tmobile, can you access other tmobile users records? can they pull up your call logs and see who you have called and texted? or do they need your consent to pull it up? im asking because an exboyfriend of mine recently got hired and i am a tmobile customer and dont want him accessing my records and seeing who i am talking to.

it is my understanding that a csr can not access that info without the account password but yes that info could be made available to him depending on what his position is.

I would think the correct answer is.are suppose to look up accounts. That answer would be NO! can he, probably. the only thing you might do is change your number. Or I would defintely change my password to your account

Yes, T-Mobile employees CAN access any account. They are not supposed to unless it is authorized by the account holder. If it is accessed without your permission you can get a form filed because your privacy was abused.

The multiple exchange is not always an option. If T-Mobile has another option for the specific phone then yes you are able to get it. However some phones do not have the option for a multiple exchange. Also when you get a phone as an exchange whether it be just an exchange or a multiple exchange it is going to be refurbished.

Would you risk your job just to look at an ex girl friends phone calls. I WOULD NOT!
