Hi, i've tried this code (*2767*688#) but after i enter *2767* the only caracters i can see are ---.
My phone is locked to tmn.
am i doing anything wrong???

That's what you are supposed to see. Did you enterd the last #? Also did you do it without simcard?

Hi Don,
Yes I did all that, but still nothing.
My firmware version is E7088W14_WK1.
Could this be the cause.
I also tried with lots of different software and nothing.
Should I downgrade and then enter the code???
I was hopping that this wasn't necessary
I want to give this phone as a gift to someone on Wednesday

Strange firmware but if you want to upgrade or downgrade i don't know you'll need a cable but if you have the cable there's no need to flash at all than you'll just have to use the e700 imei changer for unlocking.
