Insurance is to cover accidents, right? Well my wing recently fell from a pretty high spot and broke, so i call tmobile, im not in the warrenty, so i go through Asurion and these ass holes are now looking through my claim. So i have to wait 24 hours to see if its accepted! What is this russia? What more is there to find out?! I dont even see why i pay 5.99 a month if they dont even want to just send me a dam new phone! I've been through a week thus far without a dam phone, i swear these guys really are a great help! NOT!

The delay is most likely because they want to ensure that what happened to the phone is actually covered. For instance, Asurion does not (to the best of my knowledge) cover water damage. Even with car insurance someone has to come out to assess the damage to make sure there is no false claim.
Hang in there - it should work out. just slowly.

That was pretty quick - glad to hear it worked out. One of the reasons I like T-Mobile.
