Hi there I'm 21 years old and I'm not the PAH of my T-Mobile phone. My brother is the primary account holder, I was sending and receiving a lot of text messages and pictures(now my brother has to pay 600$, cuz each received or sent message cost 0.20$ in T-Mobile and it's not fair at all).He received in the bill all the informations concerning my friends phone numbers, the date and the time when the messages are sent or received, and also the kind of message(if it's Text or Picture) but I had put all the part of the bill containing those informations in the garbage and I just left the initial paper of his statement so he can pay his bill
My question is : Can My brother Read my text messages and see the sent and received pictures (online or by contacting T-Mobile costumer service)? If yes how? and if there is any way to not let it happen.
I' ve heard that T-mobile has a very strict privacy policies and it is very difficult to obtain the actual content of the sms even if its your own phone or a phone on your account. and that The only cases in which this is acceptable is through court order at the request of a judge and often times it can take months to obtain the information if it is even still accesible.
Please answer to my questions and tell me do you think about puting a part of the bill in garbage.Cuz I don't want him to contact my friends. help me .I'm waiting for ur reply as soon as possible. Thanks

He cannot see or get info on the messages content. Yes, with a court order if they contact the legal department then they can. As far as it goes with throwing away some of the bill he could notice because there are page numbers. Also he can go on his mytmobile account online and see messages sent and reced from your phone and the numbers you texted and the times. There is no way for you to get rid of that.

Hello SalenaRae,
So can he see my messages content and the sent and received pictures if he contact the legal department? Is it an easy process to get a court order? And do the messages and pictures still stored a long time or they are deleted?
It seems like he gets the content of my messages and pictures.Plz answer to me ASAP.Thank You
