I bought a Samsung sch-i730 phone and it didn't come with any software. I am needing the drivers for the computer. When I plug in the usb cable it the screen New Hardware Detected comes up, but that's it. I cannot recognize my phone on my computer. Can anyone help me with the software that I need.?[/b]

Bitpim doesn't isn't compatible with this model of Samsung phone.

I updated the driver at samsung My PC device manager said the driver was fine and the Samsung was working but I had no recognition. I then shut off the phone and tried again and it appeared and I was able to tranfer some files. now I have a new aggravation--- the Music Player says I have no music when it is sitting in the mass storage, I can play it but not directly from Music
