An Unlocked SLVR L7 for (AT&T) Cingular--No MMS/Browser

Hi,
I have have a brand new SLVR L7 that I bought unlocked for several services of which the one I am interested in is the AT&T. I have had the phone for about 2 weeks and am trying to figure out my next step so that I can send and received text messages with pictures (MMS). Making calls and sending regular text are no problem. Making and receiving calls are no problem. I do have a Cingular chip in the phone that was transferred from a SLVR L-7 that broke.
I have tried the settings that I found on the AT&T support site for the Motorola SLVR: (I am not able to paste them here due to your policy of URLs.
Next I tried the the following that I found in this forum specifically for
Cingular with the User Name of WAP@CingularGPRS.COM and Password: CINGULAR1.
My bootloader is 09.02
SW Version: R4513_G_08.B7.DCR_RB
What is my suggested next step to see if I can get the MMS/Browser working? Thank you for your time in responding. Bruce

call att to make sure your data transfer capability is not blocked.

you can also ask att to send all setting OTA ( over the air)

AT&T won't send settings to an "unlocked" phone.I've tried several times.

Youcan go to their support site for all the setting you need to enter in your fone.
