Hello, I tried calling a friend from my iPhone and when i call it rings once or twice and then it gives me the message "cannot be completed as dial please check the number and dial again." I call her before at this number even on the same day and the call went through. It also happens sometimes with text messages they come back undeliverable because the number is wrong even though I know is correct. Does any one know why this is.

Hmm. sounds like a network issue. How long have you had this problem? how long have you had the phone. And do u dial the number or do u go the address book and dial it that way?

Hmmm. Sounds like tech support can fix that. Its not the phone itself. Has to be on the service end. You would need to call ATT customer care 1-866-246-4852 and they can get you connected to tech support. Very important do not call from the phone they cant troubleshoot it if your on the phone when you call. Tech support doesnt have a direct number sorry, u have to call cust care first, because most of the time they can fix the problem first but in your case looks like it might be tech support who will have to fix it. If all else fails and they do troubleshooting and after about 3 days and your still having a problem then call warranty 1-800-801-1101. Reason im saying wait 3 days because if its the towers in the area u have to give us time to fix it. hope this helps
