I have owned my Quickfire phone for approximately 5 months now and in the last month the screen has become almost unusable. When I touch the screen, it either highlights the wrong name/application or it doesn't work at ALL. When it doesn't work, I've had to slide it open just to unlock it and use the navigation buttons on the inside to make it do what I want. Also, I have noticed that the screen part of the phone becomes hotter (when I'm talking on the phone) than any other phone I've owned. We went to the AT&T store yesterday to have them look at it, and the lady told us that this phone has been recalled (which according to the warranty department is NOT true). Side note: I think they need to get their stories straight. My husband has called customer service several times this morning trying to get this situation fixed, only to get the "run-around". They're asking for all sorts of numbers on the phone (under the battery) and the color of some "indention that detects moisture" that I cannot find on my phone. It seems like they think of new stuff everytime he calls. This is VERY frustrating and we are getting FED UP FAST! Maybe it's time to look into Verizon!
