I'm hoping one of you will be able to help. I've bothered everyone I can think of but no one can seem to fix this.
I have a MOTORAZR V3xx and have used custom ringtones from my computer as both ringers and alarms. However, when the Razr runs through the ringtone (regardless of ringer or alarm), if it is not answered or picked up by the time the custom ringtone ends, it switches over to one of the default phone ringtones (although it differs if it's a voice call or the alarm). I've had other RAZRs in the past and the ringtone would simply loop until it was answered or sent to voicemail, but this one won't. We've tried resetting it to factory defaults and all that jazz, but it's stubbornly refusing to loop and switches to the standard tones when the custom ring finishes.
Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?
