I have a Quickfire phone and it's crap nothing but problems with it.Screen freezes up overheats,locks up.I called the customer service and the warranty department and got the run around telling me they cant exchange phones i had to get the same one's so they sent me four of the same kind.and still crap they are. What the hell do i have to do to get better phones ? and is it comming down to where i have to change provider for my service. Any one out there have the same problems write back and let me know maybe we can come up with a solution.
