I bought a W233 renew recently and want to use it as a storage device for my computer so that I can put music on it. My phone has a built in MP3 player and I put a 4GB microSD card in it. I have downloaded the driver off of the moto website but my computer still wont recognize the phone software or something along that line. The XP hardware manager wizard pops up when I plug the phone in but it never can find hte driver for it, I cant find it in the save location via the wizard but I know its there. Can anyone please help me get this phone synched with my computer. I also called tech support and they gave me the same driver and told me to restart a couple of times. It hasnt worked yet!

if you check the users guide online you will see the max size of micro sd card for the moto w233 renew is 2 gb. your 4 gb is too big and may be the problem. as for me i just plugged in the renew and it asked if i wanted it to be a mass storage device. I said yes and then put my music in the music folder. phone played them just fine after that.

Thanks, I took my card back to Wal-Mart and exchanged it for a 2GB and it worked like a charm. Thanks. Bye the way, where is the user's guide? My phone didn't come with one in the package.
