I would like to buy an LG Xenon, off of like Ebay or something else. I have an ATT phone already, with an ATT SIm card. Would I be able to buy a Xenon, put my SIM card in it and have it work properly?

It doesn't have to be unlocked if it is a new at&t phone, as long as you have new at&t service or former cingular service. If you still have the old AT&T service then it will need to be unlocked.

I cannot help you with particular situation but not all AT&T cingullar cards will work in the iPhone as was one of my problems with my 3G

Yes it will work.As long as your Sim card is a 3g sim. if it isnt you just wont have 3g service. you may have to call and get your imei put on the account some phones dont work without having it done.

My wife and I just changed to "smart phones" as ATT calls them. We got Samsung Magnets. The Family Data Unlimited Data is only 10.00 per line. My QUESTION is since I really am not a fan of this Samsung because it cant even download a attachment of any sorts can I use my sim in a device like (Palm Centro , 755p or any WM device) and still get web access? I do know Voice and SMS will still work . What devices can I use.

if you put a smartphone or PDA on an ATT service the 30.00 data plan will be added in a maitenance sweep
this rule came into effect 6september.
"If it is determined that the customer is using an iPhone or other designated Smartphone without an eligible data plan, AT&T reserves the right to add an eligible data plan to the account and bill the customer the appropriate monthly fee. "
