hello.I am an AT&T user. I do not know the Model of phone (I do not know where to look) and I have tried different batteries.The phone will turn on, turn off, but it will NOT allow me to use any other buttons.no noise is made when I press buttons. It will charge, and make noise, it will show me when I have an incoming call, but since I have a 'Click to answer' I can not answer from anyone.The buttons on the flip-cover do not work, either.
