I bought a Iphone 3G 8GB for $ 199 just a week back and now a new version has come out. What are my options, I spoke to at&T and also visited the store and they say they are not sure. Have any of you in a similar and any ideas on how to upgrade to the 3Gs -

Return it immediately, and tell them that you are not pleased. If u need a handset go purchase a cheap prepaid phone from walmart for about $10 until then.

if you got your phone a week ago depending on where you got the phone you have a 30 day buyers remorse period to where at this time if you wanted the iphone 3gs take the phone you have now to an att store place a preorder for the iphone 3gs you keep this phone till the 19th take this phone and everything that came with it and reciept to that store you ordered it and and to get the iphone 3gs

you have the option of return and exchange or credit back 100.00 for the price different you must excercise your option within 30 days at the point of sale
