Shame on me for not poring over my paper bill with a magnifying glass. for at least one year (probably much longer) I have been paying around $30/month for ten $2.99/month game download subscriptions.
All this time I just figured that was my cell phone cost (I have had this same plan for almost 12 years) so I never questioned the bill, which is roughly the same amount every month.
In trying to pay for an upgrade service, the rep advised me my plan is already just $50/month, not the $80/month I thought it was. and she never explained the discrepancy. I never noticed these charges on the bills, so I figure they must be hidden down on the final throw-away pages of the bill (which I pay online anyway). Unbelievable. $30/month in games that I have never used, seen, or ever downloaded on this ancient phone of mine!
T-Mobile was very nice and accomoding in refunding the charges. but only 90 days back. they say I am out of luck getting the old charges back or any monetary compensation. Nice way to treat a loyal long-time customer who has never missed a payment.
Anyway. any advice on who to talk to beyond Customer Care to get my $$$ back? I am sure the CFO would be more likely to keep my family's multi-phone lines. they Cust Svc supv. advised me to try another phone company if I am more concerned with a refund that "value, good service, yada yada yada."
any suggestions? anyone have similar tales?
Frustrated, but still friendly.

That is a pain, but why should the company be forced to refund you for something that you missed? I would say that you were lucky to get 90 days back.

i would suggest contact the company that send you the games( IT IS NOT T-MOBILE THAT IS SENDING YOU THESE). Ask them to stop and they will.
