Well for starters I have a Samsung A737. I recently bought a cheap Go phone then activated it and everything then decided to put my SIM card in my A737 but when I did it said "Incorrect SIM" and "Network Lock" or something like that. Then I tried putting in the code "1111" and then something else and of course I had to try and put something else lol, but what I didn't know was that would take it into a dreadful phone lock and now it says "Phone Freeze SIM Unavailable Please Contact Service Provider" I would rather not go through the hellacious process of talking to a foreign person to fix all these problems so I wondering if someone could help me out here but if not then it's totally fine, I'll just have to deal with some nice jibber jabber for awhile lol. Please help or at least tell me why it wouldn't work in the first place for me to just be able to switch my SIM card over like I hoped would be possible. Thanks

Sounds like all you really need is a PUK code for the SIM card, but without seeing it for sure, I couldn't tell you.
Regardless, you're more than likely going to have to contact AT&T to get that code.
And not all the reps are foreign.I worked for AT&T, and my call center was in Missouri.
