The restocking fee is part of returning any phone, not just the iPhone. And 20 bucks is cheap to use a phone for 2 weeks and return it no questions asked. And WHAT trial period? There is no trial period, you simply have the option to return a phone within 30 days of purchase subject to the 10% restocking fee. And I would think that the restocking fee is cheaper than the Early Termination Fee it will cost you to go back to T-Mobile.
What's more, did you really sign up and register for this site just to post this?
So full of logic and reason, you sure your name isn't Mr. Spock?

hey Geri-o or Jell-o.i guess u r in sell dept.right? read the fine print.didn't i say i got an upgrade means exchange for something and wanted stay with at&t just like u r in retail store, bought a jacket, later exchange for the larger size u want,i want to know how u feel if u pay the restocking fee?what i think at&t should really look at the new 2 yr contract which they'll earn from me instead look at my 20 buck.u in business u have to take the risk of returnning item, but don't u dare to pass that to the customer.ka-chin--ka-chin--(the sound of the register when open n close)
greedy, greedy!by the way,i'm a free agent from any cell carrier.have a nice day!

It's easier to put a leather jacket back on a rack then it is to make sure nothing is wrong with the phone you returned. The price is to recover the cost it takes to send the phone back to the Manufacturer and for them to check the phone over.
Why are cell phone customers so retarded?
