Just got the Samsung Saga and the horizontal Samsung-branded leather case. I lock the keyboard and put the phone into the case, and the volume control goes to off - for both the ringer and the tones. Not silent, but "off". This can't be right. Is there any way to lock the volume control? Has anyone encountered this bug?
