I am in the market for a new phone and am looking at the T-Mobile Dash. There are, however, some questions I have concerning data plans and how they work with the phone.
1. The phone is Wi-Fi capable, so would I be able to use Wi Fi, lets say at the library where its free, without being charged on my cell phone bill?
2. There seems to be a data plan for 9.99 a month that says "Unlimited Web for phones Stay connected when you are on the move, with Web access on your phone or your T-Mobile phone." Would this be for browsing on website like facebook, etc? Does this amount change if you have a phone like the Dash? Does it have any limitations?
3. How is email accessed on the Dash? Can you do it using the data plan in number 2? or does email equate to a messaging charge?
Sorry if I seem dense, but the t-mobile website is not very helpful.

For #1 - if the wifi is free to use then it is free. There are no addtional charges
For #2/3 - the 9.99 data plan is not compatable with the dash. You need a smartphone data plan. It used to be 19.99 but I think it may have changed to 24.99. The 9.99 is mobile internet only.
