They have horrible customer service and are very rude when you need to complain about something. i wish i could change carriers and go to somewhere else.

I have been with them since last october. And they seem nice so far, customer service is so so for me. But I like them so far, I wouldn't mind if they had more phones to choose from, but still.

Well - I used to Love T-Mobile. I always had great coverage and customer service used to be very helpful. I live in a different area now. My coverage blows, I have 1 year and 9 months left on my contract and customer service is telling me I need to upgrade my phone. Well my roommate has a brnd new phone and has the same issues as me. I'm not saying T-Mobile sucks across the board, cause they don't, but my coverage sucks. My girlfriend has Verizon and hers isnt great in my area but it still works better than mine. I'm afraid that if T-Mobile does not let me out of my contract without the fees that I will have to blacklist them for good.

Ah. Ya I see your point. I have ok service where I am. It could be better I will say that! And my mom, has like. . .eh. . .itha a couple of months, or years til her contract is up. She, I, and my step dad like buying new phones a lot. And I want a new one(I posted already about that) and the tmo cs people are sometimes retarded about not letting me activate my phone. They refused to let us activate my sidekick without the data service. We got this tech dude to talk to them(2 hours) and got my phone to work. But my mom gave in a couple of weeks ago, and now I have the data service. (I love the web!) but tmo needs to get better coverage, customer service people, and better sell phones. And cheaper prices on those sell phones. Other than that, I am Ok with them, but I don't love em or hate them tho.
