Which one do you feel is better? iPhone 3G or iPhone 3G S? I heard from my friends that the iPhone 3G S is faster than the old 3G. Are they right? I decide to buy one of them, please give me some suggestions.

iPhone 3GS is better than iPhoe3G. It has all the unique features and very good softwares.

The biggest improvement I've noticed is that the 3Gs does indeed perform its operations significantly faster, mostly because of increases memory and a faster and beefier processor. Also, video capabilities and the (eventual) MMS and tethering (no, really, they're coming someday.)) make it a better phone.
Of course, if you don't need these capabilities, the original 3G iPhone at $99.00 new from AT&T (with the obligatory 2-year agreement, of course) is a great deal.

3GS!
Just got mine. Very happy with it. Faster and more features than 3G. And even if its a bit more today, you can enjoy its richer features for 2 years and have better resale value as a current model when you upgrade in two years. Should get back your added investment and more.
