Looking for a way to dial into voicemail without using or calling my cellphone. AT&T support informs me that there is no way to accomplish this on the voicemail system that supports visual voicemail on the iphone.
Is this correct? If not, any suggestions as to the phone number to dial (or where to find it) would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,

Untrue! Just call your cell phone number and when you hear your message, press * (or it might be #, but it's definitely one or the other!).
Woo hoo - I actually got to answer a question!

In the unlikely event that anyone looks at this thread after all this time, note that message above, while well-intentioned, didn't actually answer question. I am looking for a way to call into email without (a) using my cellphone or (b) calling cellphone number. (The latter because I don't want my cellphone to ring.)

your Vm retrieval and deposit numbers are available by calling customer care. they are located in the same spot in the billing system as a regular phone. call 611 and ask.
