A) The NOkia E70 comes in two models:
1) Nokia E70-1, with tri-band frequencies (900, 1800, 1900MHz) GSM and UMTS for European useage.
2) Nokia E70-2, with tri-band (850, 1800, 1900MHz) GSM and EDGE packet data capability.
B) I have the Nokia E70-1(Yes, I checked the model make behind the battery.)
C) I know that AT&T North America coverage is 850 & 1,900, 850 being the major used reception in the US, and 1,900 being more commonly used in Canada and the North East coast.
D) Since I have the E70-1, I am restrained to the 1,900 frequency, and I know that it comes its mobile channels range from 512 - 810.
So now this brings me down to my question:
What exactly can I do to establish an AT&T network via the 1,900 frequency on my cellular device, and is there anything I need to know about trying to operate this device in teh state of Louisiana?

I know someone here can help me out, I mean, you guys help people out all the time, and I've done most of the homework myself. So I am really at a loss as of where to go from here, you guys. If anyone can give me anything useful that I haven't figured out yet.
