Bar Longke S300? Just bought and need help w/network

I just bought this phone off of ebay. I have at&t and live in Portland, OR. I have figured out how to set up the phone except for:
1. When people call me (that are in my contact list), their number shows up, not their name. When I get a text from them, send a text to them or call them, their name comes up.
- Why can't I see who's calling me?
2. I can't for the life of me figure out how to set up my internet browser through WAP. It says GPRS no subscribed. I have tried adding different settings, but nothing seems to be working.
- I have an option for network setup through the phone setup
- When I click on the browser, I have a choice to click on WAP, which takes me to the screen where I can choose my homepage, bookmarks, settings etc OR I have the choice to click on data account.
-When I go to data account it promps me to go to GSM data or GPRS. What one do I pick?
Hopefully someone out there knows what to do because I'm not phone smart. Thanks.

the joys of owning an unlocked device. you hafta figger out the setup yourself. have aook see at the data and MMS setting faq. review and experiment. call customer care and ensure data is enabled

Bought same phone from ebay how do u keep the network on t-mobile
when i put sim card in i have to manually program the phone from the network settings . But the phone will not stay on network for t'mobile i can set it to t-mobile but then the phone screen will say T-mobile but 2 second sfter that the screen changes and says emergency calls
Can some one help me
