Hi
I've been using a Nokia 5320 XpressMusic phone. All of a sudden, during a call, i stopped hearing the other person's voice on handsfree, and ever since, even the music doesn't play when headphones are inserted. The mic in the handsfree works, and the headphones work on MP3 players and my PC. I've resetted the phone, formmatted the phone. But nothing helps.
