I have an iPhone 3g (only had for like 2 1/2 weeks) and so does my friend I seem to be able to send/recieve texts/calls to everyone except this person.
(we were able to call/text eachother for about a week since I got my 3g)
There are some basic things I plan on figuring out today. whether or not they get anyone elses texts/calls or if it just mine also if they have called/ sent me any texts.
Any ideas/suggestion will be greatly appreciated
(I have reset my phones settings, but I have not completely reset the phone yet trying to avoid that unless neccessary)

The texts and calls go through I don't get an error message but this problem started when my texts/calls to everyone failed for about a 30 minute window.

the other person. att or non att? I'm willing to bet that its non-att.
basically it could be you. or the other end.have your text mesging profile checked at ATT. have the other person call their carrrier to have the same thing checked

Fixed my phone. Spent time talking with tier one support they figured the person had just blocked my calls but I went to an official AT&T store where it was discovered my very old Cingular sim card was not compatible and that I also needed to pay the $30 data package for the iPhone.
