Does anyone know if the Samsung A437 has beaming capabilities? If so, what are the steps in accessing beaming?

if by *beaming* you mean infra-red no.
bluetooth is another option tho.that it can do

Thanks! I want to beam 'contacts' to another cell phone.
Yes, it has bluetooth, but I don't know where the beam button is.

you have to pair the 2 phones (use the same method as a headset) then you can send the contacts via bluetooth

I don't think the A437 supported contact transfer via Bluetooth. Visit your local AT&T store and someone there can transfer them for you. It takes about five mins.
