IOWA,
The best 3G network compared to whom? Most deff not AT&T or Verizon. When Sprint Nextel makes those same ecact claims, it's against Verizon and AT&T's inferior networks.

Obviously you don't know how to READ. The study was done by PCWORLD, has nothing to do with SPRINT, ATT, or VERIZON. And ATT is the worst of them all, they are still stuck with obsolete GSM tech. Eww.
Here's a quote from the PC World Website.
| Quote: | | The AT&T network's 13-city average download speed in our tests was 812 kbps. Its average upload speed was 660 kbps. Reliability was an issue in our experience of the AT&T system: Our testers were able to make a connection at a reasonable, uninterrupted speed in only 68 percent of their tests. |
Booyaa!
