Things to know: iTunes offers AAC(DRM-protected .m4p & non-DRM .m4a) music and DRM-protected .m4v video movie; while Palm Pre Centro Treo supports playing MP3, RealAudio .ra music and .avi .wmv .asf, MPEG-1, .3g2, .3gp, .mpeg, .mpg .mov video.
Tools need: iTunes, USB cable, SD card (if you have), DRM Removal Software (to remove DRM and convert media formats)
Step 1. Remove DRM and Convert Formats
Download this DRM Removal, install and run it as the most application software.
Then go to the main window to "Add" or drag-drop source files. The "Settings" board offers various output setting function as output format, bit rate, frame rate, etc, you can customize the target files' profile at will.
After finishing the output setting, back to the main window, click "Start" to begin the conversion process. Duration depends on source files size.
Step 2. Sync the converted iTunes music video movie to Palm Pre
Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable, then Palm phone will show up as a USB mass storage device on the desktop => double click the icon, locate the converted media files from the desktop => drag and drop to corresponding music or video file of the SD card => when transferring done, disconnect the phone from computer.
