I am locked in with T-Mobile in a contract, but I want an iPhone. I will stick with the T-Mobile contract to avoid the huge canceling fee, but get a line with my grandfather since he has AT&T to get an iPhone. Could I somehow get the AT&T number and my T-Mobile switched while they're under contract?

jlmcdonald21,

the short answer is NO! It may workout cheaper to cancel your service with T Mobile. I'd say to workout the financials first and see which is better for your pockets.

If you do choose that canceling with T Mobile now is cheaper for you just visit your local AT&T store when you get your iphone and bring your T Mobile bill.

Forget the iphone. the htc touch pro2 is a muuuch better phone. besides, att is losing its exclusivity on the iphone soon anyway.

Oh, I despise WinMo, that is horrid.

Maybe I'll get a MotoCliq and just shut up about the iPhone.
