I have a voicemail message I need to delete. so I go to access my voicemail and it asks me for my security code. I put in #### as a guess and got that one right. Next it says my mailbox number is not in service and to please re-enter my mailbox number. I put my mailbox number in and it automatically plays my greeting then gives me options like I was leaving myself a voicemail. It doesn't give me the option to delete my messages or anything.
